While making sure that vmware used runlevel 5, I did not realize to simply check/uncheck radial buttons at bottom of frame because I first saw numbers across the top of the frame; checking, unchecking these seems to apply run levels to all services; since I may have disrupted default settings for some services, I am not sure I did this, but I may have done so before I saw what I should have done, two questions:
(1) Does it matter?
(2) How would I restore defaults with re-installing OS?
Thanks.
In YaST / System / System Services (Runlevels):
If you have selected the Expert Mode, the check boxes for Services will be started in the following runlevels is only for the selected service and not all services. Of course, if you feel you have made an error while making changes here, it is your best bet to just cancel and start over. However, you can also select the one service you feel you have messed up, select the **Set/Reset **button on the bottom right and pick Disable the service and then using the same button pick Enable the service. The second selection will add back in the recommended runlevels for that service.
Thank You,
Everything seems to work ; these are my runlevels, are any of them set incorrectly?
