I was trying installing virtualbox using yast, so I opened YAST, clicked “software management”. Then it poped up a window showing “Initializing…”, then a new window came out, saying
“Downloading: ftp://ftp.osuosl.org/%2Fpub/opensuse/.../repo/non-oss/content”,
and then another window came out saying
“Error Download failed: File /content not found on media: ftp://ftp.osuosl.org/%2Fpub/opensuse/distribution/10.3/repo/non-oss”.
Can some help? Thanks.>:)
There seems to have been some errors today for me too. It will get sorted out, just be patient.
Same error I got today. I hope it will resume very soon.

Since Updating on 4th of november, yast updater show very frequently the message “download failed” with in the details that the file cannot be found.
Upon hitting the retry button, it continues immediately to download. So it finds the file immediately.
This is an annoying delay. Nothing has changed in my connenction, so it must be something within yast, or timing out at the server(s).
Anyone having an idea??
