Hi,
While refreshing repositories via Yast as well as while trying to install software via zypper, i get the following similar errors:
For refreshing repositories:
“There were errors while restoring the repository configuration.
Error refreshing service openSUSE Packages (http://www.download.opensuse.org-packages/ ): Parse error:
History: - repoindex.xml[1] EntityRef: expecting ‘;’

It looks to me an error in the repository itself. Identify which repo and
inform its maintainer.
