Yast used to have a nice log viewer built right into it. Whatever happened to it? Is there a reasonable replacement or are we lessing and tailing the logs directly now?
Best,
John

seems to have been missing for a while:
though this (suppossedly current) doc says it is in YaST:
http://doc.opensuse.org/documentation/html/openSUSE/opensuse-tuning/cha.tuning.logfiles.html#sec.tuning.logfiles.view
i used once in YaST and then went back to using a root powered text
editor (GUI or CLI), or Midnight Commander, or less, or grep, or cat or
or or…
if you miss it you could raise a bug (but i guess its demise was
probably included in the release notes for 11.1 or 11.2)
