Maybe the ALSA repos are bodged, maybe your ALSA is bodged.
Try going to a shell and running zypper up
If it gives you the same result, the problem isn’t with YaST.
If it gives you ‘updates available’ then you can call it a YaST issue.

Ok, did it, and unfortunately it gave me “nothing to do” sign
