Xwindows and Zoom

Has anyone else had problems using Zoom? I’ve been in several online meetings using Zoom via the Firefox browser and have had the display rotate 90 degrees and 180 degrees. I run an HP Pavilion laptop. It exhibits this behavior all on its own, my hands have been nowhere near the machine when it happens. I have to restart the system to get it back to normal.

I’m not sure if this is the appropriate forum so move it if needed.

Again, this has only happened while using Zoom through Firefox browser.

Any help, tips, tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Hi
Likely a gesture or does this laptop have a touch screen? What does the output of xrandr say normally and when it rotates? Is there an accelerometer in the laptop?

No, this is a laptop and doesn’t have a touch screen, and it has happened even when I’m not touching the machine.
I’ll try the xrandr the next time it happens, but that might be a while.

Thanks!
