Points to Etc/UTC. postinit of tzdata should copy the corresponding file in place.

i do not understand your problem…what operating system are you using?

these are the openSUSE forums, perhaps you were aiming to ask somewhere
else…

or, if you mean that you used to use Ubuntu, and now in openSUSE
something is wrong with your clock i have to ask: did you do a format
and install of all linux partitions or did you leave some errant
config files on board to mess everything up?

I’m referring to the OBS build environment initialized for that build target.

xUbuntu_11.10 is a very unstable build target. Please open the bugreport.
