Xmodmap still broken – compiled in key assignments are in German!

Please see this old post: AltGr mappings changed in recent-ish Tumbleweed (2021 H2) – section sign (§) lost, and other changes

That is still happening and, needless to say, not convenient to non-German users.

Any idea where to report this exactly?
