Xine automatically muted at start

Hi, Everyone

Whenever I start Xine it is always muted. Not from the program itself but from the sound configuration. I always have to go to the Sound Configuration Module, Applications tab and then un-mute Xine

No other program have this problem, but this repeats in every other installation I have done

Xine has a configuration to remember sound settings across restarts. Change it.

Thanks a lot! it was a little odd to have this control for me and, specially, to have it all the way down as a default value

Now it’s fixed!

Welcome.

xine_ui tries to work on any desktop, but each one is different. And the ui
is not updated every year. It uses several tricks that sometimes work, and
then not.
