xfce panel plugins

Hi
New to openSUSE. Other distros have a greater number of XFCE panel plugins (for example, network-load-monitor) which although not neccessary are nice to have. I wonder if someone can point at where the panel plugins may be downloaded from. I have the Packman repo enabled but zypper does not know of the package. I found it on rpmbone but openSUSE does not like the packages I tried. Everything else is very good so far. I have all of the other software which I normally use and like much of what 'i have found. Especially like the ease with which full disk encryption was achieved. I don’t really want to change desktop environments because I like the way XFCE does things and it is relatively light on resources.
