I have a pile of SLES 11 Xen hosts with a variety of guests. I decided to try to consolidate these to opensuse Leap 15 sp5. All went well with all the 64 bit guests with minor mods to the config file. But the 32 bit guests won’t start. 1 is sles 11 and 2 are Netware 6.5.
Sles 11 fails with:
xc: error: panic: xg_dom_boot.c:88: xc_dom_compat_check: guest type xen-3.0-x86_32p not supported by xen kernel, sorry: Invalid kernel libxl: error: libxl_dom.c:571:libxl__build_dom: xc_dom_parse_image failed
I’ll have to add the netware error lator.
Should these guests be able to run? I have been unable to build new guests of these types.
