Hi folks, I have problem with XBMC 10.1 on openSUSE 11.4 64bit that installed from packman repository. When I’m try to play my HD movies from hard drive XBMC exit automatically. I’m using ATI 5850HD with official driver version 11.6.

So, when you mention HD movies, just what does that mean? There are DVD’s, Blu-Ray’s & the obsolete HD-DVD’s. As far as I know, only DVD’s can be played in XBMC while in Linux and nothing else and then only if you have installed the libdvdcss package to be able to decode DVD’s. When you placed them on your hard drive have they been recoded in some way, or still just a DVD, just copied to your hard drive? Do normal DVD’s play OK from your optical drive?
