X11:/xfce repository updates?

Hi,

I have noticed that some packages in the xfce repository for opensuse 11.3 have not been updated to their latest versions (i.e. Terminal - v4.5 from 4.4- or xfce4-power-manager -v 1.0.1 from 0.9.98). I realized because of a couple of annoying bugs being fixed in those two packages.

I was wondering if the repository needs some maintenance or if its just matter of time or if theres another problem (judging by the number of “unresolvable” packages in the Factory build)?
