Alt-dragging windows seems seems to be remapped in Tumbleweed (20221115 and versions before that) to the Win-key. I use the win-key for keyboard layout switching and would like to return to Alt-dragging for moving windows. Can this behavior be reinstated?
You probably are tlking about a desktop environment. Alas, you forgot to mention which one 
I am on KDE.
System Settings > Window Management > Window Behaviour > Window Actions > Modifier Key (change as required)
