WTF 11.4 not working properly on Asus 1005p

I used 11.3 but had to reformat my whole drive so lose it all and got stuck with W7. Saw the new release of 11.4 downloaded it and installed it same day it got out. Typical wireless issue just waited for weeks for updates and what not, nothing. Also I cant run any effects because it says it crashes and I dont remember the message correctly but it’s like if my netbook couldnt handle it.

I know I dont have the fastest thing in the world but 11.3 would run flawlessly with full effects…

Any tips or what? I know I am being too generic just hoping there’s another 1005p user…

tip–use google with the site specifier of “site:forums.opensuse.org”, like:

http://tinyurl.com/3pvh8xm (seeks Asus 1005p and 11.4)

http://tinyurl.com/3bl2wbq (seeks Asus 1005p)

Q: What do you get if you divide the circumference of a jack-o-lantern
by its diameter?
A: Pumpkin Pi!

Great tip, works better (IMHO) than the forum search.

oh, it is much much faster…and, search the wiki with the wiki search,
you better take a sandwich with you…

example: go to en.opensuse.org, type skype in the search blank at the
top of the page…first it asks “did you mean style” but it does give
ONE hit, but i know that is not the page i want, so i use this search
and instantly get 89 hits with the main page of Skype at the top of the
list:

site:en.opensuse.org skype

gotta documentation question? site:doc.opensuse.org

wanna hit the whole thing: site:opensuse.org
