I have been looking at openSUSE under WSL on my Windows 10 desktop. Where would it be best to raise technical issue? Is there a specific forum etc.?
The reason isn’t I have found a small issue with postfix and have the/a fix for it.
Then you should simply submit your fix for the package.

Sorry to be stupid, but how exactly would you like me to do that? It is only applicable to the WSL distribution as it’s fine on on the direct releases and have been told off for posting to the wrong forums in the past.

WSL is official component for which you can file bug report, it is official image that is built together with other platforms so I do not see why it is inappropriate to submit fix for a package in WSL environment. There are a lot of bugs that are triggered only under specific conditions or only on specific architecture.
