I used to just use the factory version of that subpixel repo but now I just use the default openSUSE packages. You might also look into the infinality repo here: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=home%3Anamtrac%3Asubpixel
The above mentioned seem to work for me but I have problems with other repos where sites such as forums.debian.net look very aliased and other sites look fine. So as I said I just decided to use default packages.
For me site does not look that bad. For comparison, my Xft settings (although it can depend on actual monitor and its DPI in use):
bor@opensuse:~> xrdb -query | grep Xft
