[worked for years] can not get ipv4 address from dhcp ISPs box

Greetings,

I lost not less than 10 hours trying to understand what is going wrong with this configuration that worked at least since 2008.
I got two computers (in fact more but those two are the most used in my home network).
Those two computers are connected (cable physically checked: they are ok) to a isp box (router and hub).

These computers are both 15.6 LEAP.

One computer is networked by NetworkManager (sirius 192.168.0.4) the other is basically wicked networked (antares 192.168.0.3).
antares is a name server, a nfs server, a cups server, …

During years (at least since 2008) this configuration worked… since I realized the isp router has lost the whole config.
I use the MAC address reservation for the dhcp4 server (dhcpv4 only).
I listed both mac addresses for antares and sirius (the mac addresses are correct and sirius receives always the ip address reserved).
Concerning antares it worked yet since past friday and today: NO WAY TO OBTAIN AN IPv4 ADDRESS…

I switched to NetworkManager also for antares but it worked two days at all and today not.
I’m completly lost, I can not debug, because there is no errors, the ethernet simply don’t receive ipv4 address.

Wireshark shows there is negociation using dhcp protocol but antares receives nothing…

Does it work if you configure IP addresses manually?
