wlan will not show up in my network manager

I just installed version 11.4 on my system of a toshiba satellite l505d-es5025 64bit. My wlan will not show up at all. I installed ndiswrapper, and all of the wlan from yast. Here is a shot of my specs from a terminal window.

I can’t find out where I can get my wlan driver to install for linux too.

Any help would be nice.

The lines below were all that was needed:

A driver for this device is not yet in the kernel. In fact, I will be submitting
it within the next few days, which means it will be in kernel 2.6.40. OpenSUSE
12.1 will support it.

There is a driver in the wireless repository. First add the repo at
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/driver:/wireless/openSUSE_11.4/

Then with YaST Software Management, search for rtl8192se, and add the packages
that show up. You won’t need all of them, but they will only take a little disk
space. After the packages are loaded, use the command

/sbin/modprobe -v r8192se_pci

to load the driver. At this point, /usr/sbin/iwconfig should show the device and
you will be able to configure it.

Also, it’s probably a good idea to remove ndiswrapper, although I don’t know if it’s absolutely necessary.
