wireess connection fails after upgrade to 15.3

I had noticed the repetitiive association and disconet for reson 3 which does not seem to offer much explanation. I also notice there were disconnects for reason 0 which was not in the list I found.

i wil look again at the wpa-supplicant log trying to find insight, but it still looks daunting.
