Wine updates on Tumbleweed

I used to get all the bi-weekly wine updates automatically on Tumbleweed, but since wine 10.0 was released, the 10.x versions don’t show up. I found them in the Emulators repo, but given the prevailing advice against adding repos to TW I wonder if I really should add it.

Any reason why they’re not in the main repo, or should I just go ahead and add Emulators?

Any advice appreciated.

Huh? Wine 10.0 is in Tumbleweed since a couple of months.

The question seems to by why Tumbleweed has:

Information for package wine:
-----------------------------
Repository : repo-oss
Name : wine
Version : 10.0-2.3
Arch : x86_64
Vendor : openSUSE
Installed Size : 186.9 MiB

While Factory has 10.5:

No, it does not.

That is right. But it used to get all the 9.x versions. What changed?

You need to ask the maintainers of Wine, if something prevents submitting it from the devel project to the Factory.
