Wine still using 64 bits achitecture after setting WINEPREFIX

I cannot rune Wine in 32 bit mode I am really clueless on what to do next. I ve set up export WINEARCH=win32 in my .bashrc and still it will not work in 32 bit mode.
I even tried Playon Linux to make the windows 32 bit enviroment and still doesnt works.

A quick skim of articles about building 32-bit WINE (requirements, even if you’re using pre-built) reveals 32-bit library requirements which are not available on 64-bit LEAP (LEAP does not come in 32-bit).

In theory I suppose it’s possible to build a frankenstein LEAP by importing 32-bit libraries but if this is a brand new machine I’d rather recommend you re-build(or install side by side) installing 64-bit openSUSE 13.2 which easily and officially supports 32-bit libraries.

I’m not sure the last time I tried running a 32bit app under wine (I think I installed paint shop pro) but afaik there is noting to setup so that wine under LEAP has 32bit support you just run wine <path to 32bit win app> I could be wrong but I do remember seeing quite a few32bit libraries being pulled when I installed wine.

Take a look here.
