I really want JACK support for wine applications. The problem is that jack support seems disabled in the official openSUSE version of wine. Is that the case?

do you know of a different version of WINE in which JACK works as
expected?

Just out of curiosity: why do you want JACK-support within wine applications at all? In case of (Windows-)DAW-software, the smaller latency most probably won’t have much effect anyway.
I want it since it is the only alternative that gives sound with my RME RayDat. The newer version of wine from Index of /repositories/Emulators:/Wine/openSUSE_11.4 has jack support but that one crashes the application.
