Windows size in netbook environment

I have problem with certain windows display size in netbook environment. My netbook screen resolution is 1024x600,whenever I need to click the ‘ok’ button at bottom of windows,that part always covered,out of whole screen,no way to reach it,like this :

Any solution?

Not a solution to change the size of the window, but a way to reach the
button:

Press the ALT key left click into the window and drag it, that way you
can move it without being restricted by the boundaries of the desktop.
