Windows 11 22H2 does not even start installer in QEMU

That is not really openSUSE specific question, still may be someone has experience.

I wanted to test something with Windows 11 and downloaded the latest ISO image.

bor@bor-Latitude-E5450:~/tmp$ sha256sum Win11_22H2_EnglishInternational_x64v1.iso
f115cd6b31734bc091bc94b964d5ad43984285bf229503481e2f7ef94ab7140e Win11_22H2_EnglishInternational_x64v1.iso
bor@bor-Latitude-E5450:~/tmp$

I cannot install it. I have QEMU VM with TPM via swtpm and qemu-ovmf-x86_64-202302-Virt.1599.247.5.noarch.rpm. Starting VM I get Press any key to boot from CD prompt; pressing any key results in black screen with EFI (TianoCore) logo and nothing more happens. Initially there is some HDD activity, but then it stops.

If anyone managed to boot (and - gasp - to install) it, I would appreciate the complete QEMU options/command line. I understand that probably most are using libvirt or some other GUI frontend. I do not, so if it works for you with lbvirt just post qemu command line as started by libvirt (from ps -fwwwp your-qemu-PID).
