using nntp, it goes to the forum addressed to (which in this case is
opensuse.org.help.applications)
the easiest way is to log into the web side, find this thread, and use
the “report post” icon to ask the moderators to move it…
alternately, write directly to a moderator (via forum Private Message,
aka ‘PM’), but then you have to wait for that particular moderator’s
wake/sleep cycle to align with Mars before s/he can see the PM…my
“easiest way” will present itself to all moderators awake and online…
