Will KDE4.2 final provide in Packman Repo?

You need to remove all the stable repos

NO. you need those.

If you have stable kde4 repo’s disable those ie: build service stable kde4 that was providing 4.1.3 - If you had that, disable it.

Here is the list of STABLE repositories. Disable all of them:
