WIFI printer Canon 5300

Installed Opensusen 13 yesterday .
It did not find my WIFI printer .
The only think it found was my Ipad , but that is for no use of course .
So it find out that do have a IPad also connect to wifi
Neither did it find my NAS server Synology .
While linux Mint 13 find them all by default .
Wifi is done by Airport Extreme from Apple.
Did I have to do something so that Opensuse will find it too .
Thanks in advance

Note that the correct spelling is openSUSE.

Read dmesg output. Usually the problem is firmware. You could also tell us what
kind of hardware that Airport Extreme contains. That comes from “/sbin/lspci -nn”.

In addition, please read the stickies. That will give you some other things to
check.
