Wifi out of the box connectivity

OS: openSUSE Leap 15.6
kernel: 6.4.0-150600.23.33-default
cinnamon version: 6.0.0

1- there’s NO Ethernet available, only wifi.

2- now i use “Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2200, Internal PCIe”. and it work good for me, during insulation the network appears and take less than minute to chose/set it (you can say it auto setting during insulation).

3- I plan to buy setup (short story, in my country there’s very limited motherboards versions available and they without wifi).

4- so i try find USB Wi-Fi adapter that good opensuse / linux support and can work out of the box (during insulation the network appears and set it (if i remember i just choose the network, enter password and after insulation finish it work).

5- after alot of search find Alfa AWUS036EAC. but i do not know if it will work or not, plus i can not find any real opensuse use case. also order it is not that easy and can not return it if did not work.

Q1:
can help me find if it will work or not?
Q2
is there’s any other trusted surjections?

thanks in advance

As far as I can see, it is this Adapter:

Bus 005 Device 002: ID 0bda:8812 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL8812AU 802.11a/b/g/n/ac WLAN Adapter

Should be working with kernel 6.14 out of the box:

But openSUSE has no kernel 6.14 up to now…

Tumbleweed on 6.13
Leap 15.6 on 6.4
and
Leap 16.0 on 6.12

So maybe use another Wifi Adapter.

Edit
There is a rtl8812au-kmp-default in Leap 15.6 which supports the ID of the Chip.
But Installation over Wlan is not the best idea.

Is there’s any recommended one that use Atheros (Qualcomm) or Realtek chipsets, or other chipsets that support monitor mode and injection.

Use USB Ethernet adaptor.
