I am brand new to openSUSE, and I’m trying out the 11.1 KDE live release. I am unable to get a wifi connection. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite with an Atheros wireless card. When I go to the networks settings I do not see any available wifi connections. I tried connection my ethernet connection and tried to add madwifi as I did in other versions of Linux but after updating the repositories madwifi was not found. Just not sure where to go from here, I’d really like to give openSUSE a fair tryout.
