That’s not KDE for LEAP LEAP is on plasma 5.8 that’s a TW development repo compiled for LEAP not the same thing
the same version is available for TW here

those repo’s are development repo’s not stable repo’s TW will get a KDE update in the main repo soon (or use the above development repo) the LEAP main and updaate repo’s will remain on plasma 5.8 for the next year until 42.3 dies

Leap 42.3 has Plasma 5.8.7.
If you have a newer version that that, then you have added the repo for the latest (unstable) KDE. There’s a similar repo for Tumbleweed, if you want the latest there. Otherwise, Tumbleweed gives you the latest that has passed the openQA testing.

You can download the krypton live media from HERE. But I think, if you install, you will get standard Tumbleweed (I think it just uses the standard NET installer).
If you want the equivalent of krypton, then run the live version and copy the information on the repos that it uses. Then uses those repos (including their priorities) in your installed Tumbleweed, and do
zypper dup --allow-vendor-change
That should bring your system to the krypton level, which you should expect to be less stable.
And note that you need that “–allow-vendor-change” the one time when switching to the krypton version. But you won’t need that afterwards.
I’ll note that I ran krypton for a while. I found that repos were changed from time to time. And the only sure way to find out about the repo change was to use the latest live krypton media to find out what the repos should now be.

well if you wore on LEAP you’d need 3 repo’s

I still think waiting a few days or a week is a better choice then adding packages from 3 extra repo’s that haven’t passed openQA testing
