Problem: thunderbird/e-mail application/ is closing when I open a e-mail every time,always.
Importance:HIGH!/factory e-mails.Here I have the e-mails.Evolution I configured later,also Kmail.So my idea is to export the factory e-mails from Thunderbird to evolution/kmail after the trouble is solved.{{hunderbird had the e-mails from outlock,ms 2007,this is the point.In this way I have all I need.But it sems to not be so easy.Reason:problem mentioned with thunderbird.}
Behaviour:I have a problem with Thunderbird.So when I open a -mail thunderbird is closing.
Why thunderbird is closing when I open a e-mail?
In fact this occurs from the first time when I start to use it in SuSE 11.3.
Of course in SuSE 11.2 I had no problem.
Have someone a idea why is happening this?

I did update.no result.I did uninstall and after restart reinstall.it doesn.t work.It is opening and after few seconds is closing.I checked in ps .Is missing ,so ok after closing.
look above ,please what I get from system when I tried to open thunderbird
.a config file is bad written,I believe.Has someone a idea?

It is not a configuration file. One of the shared libraries being called by
Thunderbird is not available.
Have you tried safe mode as I suggested earlier? In case you do not know how,
open a terminal and enter
thunderbird -safe-mode
There is a thread on the Ubuntu forum the is entitled “cannot open Firefox when
libmoon is installed”
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/moon/+bug/538796). Perhaps
Thunderbird also is affected. They had to uninstall “moon”, whatever that is.
