I decided to switch to NNTP interface but it seems that Russian forums are
not included.

In general, with the language forums, we don’t set up NNTP access unless
there has been a request to do so.
We can look at doing that, but there may be charset limitations as well
that we’d need to look at. I can check into that if you like.

And other forums are external, so they can’t have nntp. It is the case of
the Spanish forum - or so I understood.
Which is the reason I don’t participate there.

Yes, in some cases we partner with someone else running forums, so then
it’s up to them. I am pretty sure that’s not the case with the Russian
forums, though.
