Why removed item customize "desktop theme"?

Hi
I after updated plasma 5.6.3 now i can’t edit desktop theme not option customized (Configure Desktop–>workspace theme–>Desktop theme)
why removed edit theme “customized” in the plasma 5.6.3?

They did not remove it in 5.6.3, but in 5.6.0.

And because:

I’m sorry but most of the settings in there are broken, obsolete or superfluous.
