Hi Novell/OpenSUSE,
I have come to your web page in order to post my appreciation for your work on OpenSUSE. I expect to find an obvious ‘contact us’ link, or even a freestyle customer feedback form or forum thread, but perhaps I am missing something because I can’t find one? Surely both you and your users would all benefit from such a thing? In fact, my first disappointment with the OS is the difficulty I have had just finding out where to write to say thank you!
Any answers please?

Novell is no longer tied to openSUSE, but SUSE is, and at the bottom of
every SUSE web page there is a FEEDBACK link that would get comments to
where they belong. www.suse.com

Well, for general “thank you” for the openSUSE project, the general chit-
chat forum is the place that most people usually post such thanks.
But in any case, we’re happy for the “thanks”.

A eulogy is normally for a dead person. So it wouldn’t be appropriate to
have a eulogy for a product that is still alive and kicking (and

Vapourmile,
I think you mean a Testimonial Thread where we write about how much we like (or don’t like) about Opensuse. General Chit has been & continues to be the place we do that. Give it a check out you’ll see!
