Why isd the libcgroup package absent in TW repository?

It seems to be available for Leap and seems to have been there in the past. Why is it currently unavailable?

Where have you been the last 4 years?

Descr: - the functionality is largely deprecated by systemd and the two
actually clash in some ways which cause bug reports. - the
upstream is dead - for supportability reasons we are dropping it
               in SLE15

No, it is not (at least, in any still supported Leap release).

Yes, I was mistaken, sorry.

@arvidjaar seems there is activity on the GitHub page?

It was not me who sent delete request in Factory. Whoever thinks it should be resurrected is absolutely free to re-submit it again.

Thank you!
How do you check for deleted packages?

I use osc tool, then

osc rq list -t delete -s accepted openSUSE:Factory libcgroup

You can do the same in web interface.

You do need to know the (source) package name.
