My reasons for looking forward to 11.4 :-
the good reviews that the RC1 has had
the new kernel with the famous 200 lines of code
libreoffice with the new additions that it brings
firefox4 with webgl and the ability to look at google body
a much developed and de-bugged kde4
and I suppose many other surprises that it will bring.
What are your reasons?

The exceptionnal stability and overall quality of the openSUSE distribution. 
Much the same reasons as you. openSUSE 11.4 so far looks like it is going to be a great release and am looking forward to it. Not long to go now till the final release!
I’ll stick with 11.3 until it’s EOL, then update to 11.4
Better KDE 4/X/Nvidia responsiveness and “work-togetherness”.
For all the very appropriate reasons given above, not forgetting a timely move (KDE) to PulseAudio for the masses of users to enjoy audio flexibility without complexity (maybe not so for the audio pros), and the artwork that is fresh, balanced and attractive (I’ve only seen KDE so far).
