why are there updates without /etc/os-release update sometimes?

For instance today, there were 13 updates (gstreamer, libgst*, libQtWebKit4) but that’s all. So how does that “snapshot” mechanism work if 20180326 is different between yesterday and today?

These probably come from the Packman repo. Which is not part of the Tw snapshots. The snapshots are built from the packages in OSS and NON-OSS only. Plus, there’s the Update repo for pushing updates that cannot waiit for the next snapshot.

Sometimes, I am a complete idiot. You are correct, these came from packman.

Hi
You should look at some verbosity when dupping, I always use -vvv;

Don’t kick yourself too hard.

Besides, there is no such thing as a complete idiot, by definition.

A true idiot is missing something.rotfl!
