Who to Report XFCE4 Bugs to - Bugzilla or the XFCE devs?

Hi,
Just a quick question. In the last few updates to tumbleweed I have seen two XFCE4 plugins behave oddly - namely xfce4-notify (won’t clear alert icon) and xfce4-systemload-plugin (network monitor is broken).

Should things like this be reported to bugzilla (making it an opensuse issue to resolve) or create an issue directly on xfce4’s gitlab page?

Thanks.

I suggest you start with the openSUSE bugzilla. The folk who handle that might tell you to report it upstream.

OK thanks. Will submit them tonight to bugzilla.

I’m a bit at a loss to understand something. I reported my 2 issues to bugzilla. When I checked the xfce bug list there doesn’t seem to be much activity there. In fact there’s a number of xfce related issues from 2 to 3 years ago that haven’t been acted on or replied too.

I’m assuming the assignee “bnc-team-xfce” is an undermanned volunteer group.

Is it best I go straight to xfce4’s gitlab pages and report issues there?

Yes, that is what I would recommend.
