Who is your candidate for interview in People of openSUSE ?

Looking the previous interviews
http://en.opensuse.org/People_of_openSUSE/Interviewed and the current list
of candidates http://en.opensuse.org/People_of_openSUSE there are not many
forum people, and we would like to have them participating.

So, whom you would like to see interviewed?

I’d like to see some of the moderators and site admins interviewed - that
would be interesting reading.

Me too.

Although, I’m not familiar with forums and I need names, and the way to
contact them. Of course I’m looking for some kind of vote with numbers
behind.

Probably better way is to post this in soap box and with list of names ask
somebody that can create poll to make another thread with voting.

What is your opinion?

You can use the “Private Message” functionality of the forums, or contact
one of them (I know Kim Groneman is involved, as he’s a friend of mine)
for a staff list. I see you’re using knode (thus reading with NNTP) so
it’s not quite as obvious who the mods are. I’ve talked with Keith and
old_cpu a few times in the forums and they’d be interesting too, I think.

Well, this would be the place for a poll, but posted through the web
interface. Soapbox is really for other sorts of things - seems like
either here or the general chit-chat group would be the place to have the
discussion.

As far as another interesting person to interview, I butt heads with her
a lot, but I think Chrysantine would be interesting - IIRC she’s a
channel op on one of the IRC channels for openSUSE.

I think they should add something to the interview. Like a question.

They should ask whomever is interviewed for a question which will be asked of the NEXT person interviewed (without revealing who that is).

It could be something silly, serious, interesting or conversation provoking.

Then, of course, it would increase some people’s interest in the next person to see how they will answer the question, and what will they come up for the next person

That’s an interesting idea…I like it.

I support this.
