Which version is stable?

so i want to use 2 ways to test :(1) newest OpenSuse 12.3 + OBS 2.4(2) Opensuse 12.1+ OBS 2.4The chance of which way is more better to work it out?Which version do you use? Is it stable? any tips or advice?Really appreciate for your help!

12.1 is obsolete and not maintained. The current stable version is 12.3.
