There seems to be no LXDE pattern for installation in ML:s.
OTOH there are several 1-clicks available.
Just wondering which one to install…

Could you explain better what you are trying to do ? Because I don’t understand your post.
I note the LXDE factory repository is here:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/lxde/openSUSE_Factory/
but I do not know if that is what you are looking for.
When one installs openSUSE-11.4 M5 from the DVD, then LXDE is a desktop choice. That is normally how I install openSUSE LXDE.
Also, there is information on the openSUSE LXDE web page which may help you: Portal:LXDE - openSUSE
Hi Vahis
Not sure where things are with Factory, but here
http://en.opensuse.org/LXDE links to LXDE [Software collection] Factory
Pattern 1-click.

I installed my ML from KDE Live USB.
Later I looked at Patterns in YaST.
There was no LXDE pattern.
I used opensuse search for lxde and I came up with two lxde repos:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/lxde/openSUSE_Factory
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/swyear/openSUSE_Factory
I was wondering what the difference would be.
I think have earlier installed from swyears tho,
I think it was during 11.2 or 11.1.
In any case if memory serves that time it was not available in OSS.

I have this current 11.3 system installed with kde from net.iso
Then oss and no-oss repos are normally added and there’s an lxde pattern
available in YaST.
That’s how I normally have installed lxde, I like to use a lot of stuff
that comes with kde, so I normally install that first…
