Which bootloader to install?

Will be installing TB over the weekend, on an almost recent laptop.

Which bootloader should I install?

  • grub-bls
  • grub-efi
  • systemd-boot

The default in Tumbleweed is systems-boot. Likewise make sure your /boot/efi type ef00 is 2-4GB

Is this the only OS to be on that laptop, not sharing an ESP partition? If not, you might be best off with grub-efi, which gets by with a very much smaller ESP, such as Windows defaults to.
