I thought I saw a mailing list announcement of a fresh release of Agama within the past week or two, but don’t see it copied to announcements here, and I didn’t save it. https://agama-project.github.io/download doesn’t work in SeaMonkey much more than to say “Live images temporarily broken”. On d.o.o. there seems to be only two x86_64 to choose from by name, one labeled beta the other not, but with identical timestamps. Are these the same as the “broken” ones and/or each other? Mailing list search didn’t turn up anything looking like announcement I thought I saw. Where should I be looking to get the latest “release” of Agama that isn’t “broken” or alpha/beta/devel?
Either that link or the d.o.o. link I posted is an alias to the other. By “use” or “choose” I mean find with browser, then fetch with wget. ![]()
Looks like my recent memory may have confused Agama with the Myrlyn 1.0 announcement.
Yes, browse and select or;
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/systemsmanagement:/Agama:/Devel/images/iso/agama-installer.x86_64-19.pre.0.0-openSUSE-Build3.6.iso.sha256
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/systemsmanagement:/Agama:/Devel/images/iso/agama-installer.x86_64-19.pre.0.0-openSUSE-Build3.6.iso
Wouldn’t that be one of those that https://agama-project.github.io/download says is broken?
What do you mean broken? They just arrived there today? There are no live images….
Edit, one wonders is it was syncing when you tried and looking for 3.5 version…
At the referenced webpage, at the very top, is a warning type block, written:
quoted:
Live images temporarily broken
We are in the process of replacing Agama’s HTTP API with a new (and much better) version. So until further notice (expected on February 2026), the images on this page are expected to be broken in many ways. Please, do not use them unless you know what you are doing.
end-quote
I do see a “3.6” version of the ISO is available
When I click on the that ISO, I get this response:
Resource is no longer available!
The requested URL is no longer available on this server and there is no forwarding address. Please inform the author of the referring page that the link is outdated.
… it’s a 404 error.

From the project page:
It’s not February yet.
That’s where the broken until February message is, and where no links to .isos exist when opened in SeaMonkey.
Whatever happened to graceful degradation in website construction?
Given that they are using github.io’s pages, it looks like, you’d have to ask Github about that.

Not really sure how this answers mrmazda’s question, though. He’s not asking about how to download, he’s asking what the latest version that isn’t broken is, as the header on the page says that the current builds are broken.
Perhaps you can clarify how this is relevant to the question he’s looking for an answer for.
Information by openSUSE is unreliable, to my experience since 1995. I will download and test both images and post what works and what is broken.
I suppose you could do that. Or maybe someone could just ask the developers when the breakage happened, and what the latest build is that works.
