where to report bug(?) from x11:bumblebee?

Using opensuse tumbleweed
No idea if this is the correct place to make this question. It’s not support, so I suppose it goes here?

Where can I report a bug(?) from this repo: x11:bumblebee?
It’s not part of opensuse, so I didn’t consider bugzilla

The problem, if you want to know:

When trying to run "optirun -b none nvidia-settings -c :8" it exits with this message
ERROR: libnvidia-gtk3.so.346.72: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
libnvidia-gtk3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
libnvidia-gtk2.so.346.72: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
libnvidia-gtk2.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

To run it, I have to use this command, everytime:
 optirun -b none nvidia-settings -I /usr/src/NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-346.72/ -c :8
Which still throws an error
