When I open Dolphin, Trash is the 4th down at the left top.
Home
Network
Root
Trash>Local>
It has some files in it that I cannot remove using the preferred method.
So, if I knew how to get to them within Kconsole, I can clean them up.
They look like the kind of files Windows used to have. {8437-DDD354-GTF67 } etc

KDE’s trash folder is ~/.local/share/Trash. The deleted files are located in the files subdirectory, but you can just delete the whole Trash folder (with dolphin f.e.), it will be recreated automatically.
KDE also keeps a separate trash folder on each external drive, that one is called .Trash-xxxx, where xxxx is your user id. You have to enable “Show hidden files” for dolphin to show that (click on the “gear” symbol in the toolbar).
