Not here on Opensuse 11/KDE4. Out of curiosity, what are you using?

SLED 10 SP2 of course… and a Gnome interface as well. I would imagine
KDE has a way to do it with KNetworkManager too but short of going into
that I can’t say for sure how it is done now in the latest versions of
OpenSUSE. Until I find a way on Google I guess the command-line methods
will be required.

Good luck.

Thanks. FYI, the Opensuse 11 Networkmanager doesn’t have that right click option.

Uwe

Hi Uwe
You mean the knetworkmanager? Because Networkmanager (0.7, Gnome) here
does, just like SLED?

/sbin/ifconfig (full path need if not root by default)

I like to install knemo and have it show me everything when
I just hover of the icons in the systray. Knemo doesn’t
work ok in some situations. But mostly does.
