that looks openSUSE to me. That directory is empty indeed and the last change date of it was
ha-clustering:/ 23-May-2010 22:57 -
The fact that the directory does exist suggests that is was available earlier.
Searching on Webpin and softeware.opensuse.org shows nothing.

hmmm…i see the last change date, but i have no idea who or where to

But you are right when one would think that High Availability Clustering is something that is more likely to be used in a professional environment.
