And if you installed 13.1 Beta1 already, just run “zypper dup” and you should be at RC1 state (the repo URLs don’t change anymore).
I’ve been checking too. It looks to me as if it will be one day late.
And I can’t update from the Beta, because what I most want to check is whether the install problems have been corrected.
Eagerly awaiting RC1 to drop so that I can try everything out once again. Really hoping GNOME 3.10 can pry me away from SLED 11 and GNOME 2.

Same here. One problem that occurred during the software package
installation process appears to have been fixed as YaST updated the
‘install’ count when I was using it yesterday.
