Where is or is there a report button?

I know I rarely use it but I tried to find it today for a post of mine. Is there a report button or am I just not seeing it?

It’s at the bottom left of the post. The star is to add rep, the red triangle is to report.

not red here, so i guess the color must change with skin (or theme or
whatever they call it now) change…
